THE BARRIER BETWEEN US
A world split in two. Two peoples divided by conflicting beliefs. A massive barrier drawn to keep them from interacting.
For decades, this remained the status quo.
Brick, a young man from the city, holds a massive position of power. With all eyes on him, he plays the part of puppet for those in control.
Raina lives and breathes the naturel world around her. Spending much of her life outdoors, she is unmatched when it comes to the forest. When tragedy strikes, the trajectory of her life changes forever, talking her purpose along with it.
In an act of compassion, Rains spares Brick when he does the unthinkable and crosses the barrier. But not all is what it seems. The woods carry dark secrets of times past, while the perfect 'Utopia' is built on nothing but fear and corruption. The two soon find their lives intertwined, and barrier begin to crumble.
Can this unlikely duo work past their differences? Or are some barriers better left uncrossed?
